There are two instruments for quickly calculating 1000-grain weight (TGW), MARViN ProLine (seeds from 0.8 mm) and MARViN CompactLine (Seeds from 0.2 mm).

MARVITECH has been selected by more than 300 prominent plant breeders and research institutes. MARVIN is more than a counter. Biometrics of each grain (length, width and area) can also be determined.

Grain counting and TGW, using your own scale/balance and computer, are calculated simultaneously in 3 seconds. MARViN works on grains, protein crops, oilseeds but also very small seeds, such as vegetables. It measures different species without any adjustment, just select from the menu.
